The Zeta Mu Elite Pathways to Success Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Foundation’s purpose is to promote educational advancement, professional development, and civic engagement among youth and adults, with a particular emphasis on supporting women and underrepresented communities.

The Foundation shall:

• Provide scholarships, grants, and other educational assistance to students seeking to further their education or professional training.

• Organize and sponsor workshops, seminars, mentorships, and leadership development programs that encourage business, entrepreneurship, and career readiness.

• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and local businesses to create opportunities for academic enrichment and professional growth.

• Develop and support civic and social service initiatives that strengthen community well-being, including financial literacy, health awareness, and volunteer engagement.

• Promote awareness and recognition of the contributions of African American women and other underrepresented groups in business, education, and civic life.

All activities of the Foundation shall be conducted exclusively for charitable and educational purposes and shall not be conducted for the private benefit of any individual or entity. No part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private individual, and no substantial part of the activities of the Foundation shall be the carrying on ofpropaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation.
